What's an EcoCoach?

An EcoCoach is Squeaky Green Organics' skilled biologists. They don't merely supervise projects; they complete the work and guarantee your satisfaction. An expert partner, your EcoCoach will deliver organic home and garden products, services, and coaching to transform your yard into a beautiful, thriving, 100% organic place. It'll be healthier for your whole brood, pets included. We call it The New American Yard.

Because each New American Yard is a unique ecosystem that requires a unique prescription to make it thrive, your EcoCoach must be a visionary, not a robot that following a repetitive 5-step recipe of synthetic fertilizers and chemical pesticides. Most have advanced college degrees, and, more importantly, at least a decade of hands-on organic experience creating thriving places. Organic is all we offer, and our EcoCoaches are the undisputed organic home and garden experts!

What's The New American Yard?

The New American Yard is designed, crafted, and nurtured by your EcoCoach, resulting in a thriving yard for the benefit of humans and other life in the ecosystem. When the land is disturbed during home construction, it is forever altered. Although the natural landscape can never be restored, your EcoCoach will create thriving places that are practical, healthy, livable, productive, and aesthetically pleasing. We draw upon the wisdom of how ecology works in natural ecosystems and strive to create a yard that conserves natural resources, preserves biodiversity, and protects the environment. The New American Yard beckons to the simplicity of the turn-of-the-century while embracing sustainable technologies of the present. It reestablishes healthy interconnectivity and balance between the soil, people, pets, plants, water, insects, and wildlife, all interacting in a sustainable system. So raise your shovels and join the movement. We'd love to create The New American Yard for you, or help you create one of your own.

For a reasonable mileage charge, we will happily serve customers outside this area. But unfortunately for Squeaky Green Organics, we do not conduct business in the state of Iowa. We'd like to, but the Iowa Labor Commissioner requires out-of-state contractors to file a surety bond in the amount of $50,000. We simply cannot part with that amount of cash at this time.
